Shipping
Delivery times varies by location, please allow up to 1-2 weeks from the last ship date for your delivery. If a crate is scheduled to ship outside of the expected shipping estimate above, customers will be notified by email.
Shipping charges apply based on ground shipping charges.
Please contact our customer support prior to shipping if you need to update your address. Once an order is processed and ready to ship, we cannot update the shipping address. Updating your account will only update future shipments.
Tracking will be available once your has shipped. We send an e-mail notification with tracking information once your crate has shipped.

A promo code can be entered in the "Discount Code" box after entering your Shipping and Billing & Payment information on Checkout. You will be shown the Summary with the discount amount if successfully applied before completing your check out.

Refunds / Returns
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges of crate. All sales are final. Each of our boxes are carefully curated and exclusive, often limited-edition items made just for the subscribers- including custom designed T-shirts, lifestyle products, and seasonal treats.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact@tntflashprinting.com. Examples are the following :
A damaged item
A defective product
A missing items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly send a replacement item (if available) or offer an appropriate resolution.
Size Issues
Our Apparel is printed to order using sizing provided on our website. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our subscription boxes and the customization involved, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Preference-related issues (e.g., item type, color, or design)
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Each item is created in limited quantities and made specifically for your box, so we cannot resell returned merchandise.
Taxes
Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax is based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states and other territories where the goods sold over the internet are taxable.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that things change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@tntflashprinting.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet entered production or packing, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been processed, printed, or packed, we are unable to cancel it due to the custom nature of our products.
